28th Annual Texas Home & Garden Show
Reliant Park buzzes across 15,000 square feet filled with hundreds of expert remodelers announcing innovations for gardening, home decor, and do-it-yourself projects. Inside, visitors can find thousands of products and services they would need to remodel a kitchen or bathroom, add new windows, doors, and roofs, or build a new home from the ground up. Some of the industry's top brands such as Sears Home Services and Sleep Number keep representatives on hand to demonstrate and explain product features, from jacuzzi controls to the most advanced garden-gnome repellents. Seminars also will help spread wisdom by showcasing the skills of various presenters, alongside unique attractions such as A Formula One Race Car and a Kid Zone with a wooden fort, slide, swing set, trampoline, and more. Those looking to make smaller purchases, can opt to purchase from a bevy of TV infomercial products.
20th Annual Houston Home and Garden Show
Now in its 20th year, the Houston Home and Garden Show returns to the NRG Center with exhibitions on the latest styles. Within the exhibit hall, representatives from a laundry list of brands demonstrate and explain features on everything from spa controls to the difference between memory foam and traditional mattresses. This year's show features the 8th annual GHBA Remodelers’ Council Garage Sale, a variety of free hands-on workshops, and the KidsZone, which includes a number of fun activities for children such as inflatable bounce houses.
