About 3-46 GRIT CrossFit
Anyone is welcome inside The Box—3-46 GRIT CrossFit's workout area—but under one condition: no inflated egos allowed. One of the CrossFit studio's rules of conduct protects newbies from intimidation by requiring every CrossFitter to treat peers with respect, even those novices who can't tear a medicine ball in half yet. After all, a sense of camaraderie is essential to the CrossFit regime. Of course, high-intensity functional movements—think lifts, basic gymnastic moves, running, and cycling—also help too, but the encouragement of friends can make the throw of a kettlebell or flip of a tire seem easier.
CrossFit classes (or workouts of the day) aren't just for adults. Children and adolescents can also partake in the routines. The workouts are less intense, but still incorporate functional movements that make exercise seem fun.
