Most people DO NOT KNOW that roofing sealants life-expectancy is 5-10 years. We highly recommend routine maintenance. This package includes the following:
- Re-caulk of nails on vents, L-Flashing, pipe-collars, ridge-caps, chimney flashing, etc.
- 21-point roof inspection.
- Roofing inspection.
- Photo report.
One of our field reps will come out, do a full-inspection of the roof, caulk any required areas, document any potential repairs, and email a photo report.
If a repair is needed, we will also provide an estimate for the repairs.
