Great for all levels of experience, the kickboxing classes condition hominids for real combat with a wide assortment of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows against a variety of pads, focusing on a well-balanced workout of both cardio and resistance training. Aside from advancing your striking skills, the 60-minute course aims to develop stamina, tone muscles, improve muscular endurance, and teach students how to work with a partner. Each welcoming trainer fosters a workout environment that is positive, welcoming, and motivating.
