A technician did a good job installing tent on the side windows and back window. However, I paid extra to the company directly to have the windshield done. The technician did not do the windshield. Within minutes of the technician leaving I informed him that he missed the windshield. Instead of turning around immediately to fix the mistake he decided to go to the next job.

you received your installation of window film on your vehicle Micheal. Tech arrived and performed installation. This particular Tech also records all his installations for his YT Channel. But thank you but you awesome review wanting free film & services.

I have a hard time return it because the merchant mark it as it used even before the service arrive or I agree to pay extra.I contact the merchant and they told me they ask for coupon to be redeemed and inform me which is not true! I missed read the fine print that they will charge extra for travel and small windows, If there is a phone record should give it to me! Hope this not happen to anyone.

Daniel, you Jenny were perfectly ok upon asking for voucher to be redeemed via screenshot from your phone sent to us for that purpose. At your appointed day & time you refused to pay the sales tax,etc. and you refused serviced over $65. which you purchased our cheapest tint package here at $149.00. All of our other Groupon customers didnt fail to read the fine print, and ALSO paid tax,etc, with no issues. We emailed Groupon to return your voucher in groupon bucks. Sorry we couldnt service your wife vehicle, Jenny due to you not wanting to pay tax at the time of your appointment. My tech traveled a far distance and you basically cancelled on him. We wish you nothing but the best, Darren!
