About 5k Foam Fest Canada
This fun and friendly summer race is held everywhere in Canada at 12pm. In teams or on their own, participants challenge the five kilometers with over 20+ obstacles. The foam and mud make the race harder, but also more fun! The estate includes several free installations adding comfort to the experience, such as change rooms for men and women, watering systems, areas to eat, rest, and stretch. Stations to drink, eat snacks and a “beer garden” welcome runners and spectators. Children are also welcomed to the kids fun zone with an obstacle course, bounce house, and more.
