This is a introduction to the gym program, food guide and calendar, its purpose is designed for the people wanting to try out the gym and a personal trainer. All workouts are pre written and finalized. People with injuries or inabilities we can work around but must stay within guidelines. Before starting your program, a consultation is scheduled, from there we book sessions based on availability with client and coach.
