39 Steps, an ingenious comic stage adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock's suspenseful thriller, turns a cast of four talented actors into more than 150 zany characters with a mix of melodrama, action and lots of quick-change costuming, and all in just 100 minutes. In this fast-paced and funny whodunit, a man is accused of a murder he didn't commit, so he flees from the authorities and embarks on a string of hair-raising adventures -- as well as an unlikely romance. Broadway's Cameron Pow (The Lion King), Robert Petkoff (All the Way, Anything Goes) and Billy Carter (A Moon for the Misbegotten) star in the show, along with recent Juilliard grad Brittany Vicars in her New York stage debut. 39 Steps comes to Union Square Theatre, which just happens to be 39 steps east of Union Square.
This show runs 100 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.
