What do you love most about your job? I am passionate about being everything that people cannot find in most bike shops. I enjoy sharing my love of bikes and expertise, while giving my customers white glove one-on-one attention that they deserve. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I love when people tell me that they have reconnected with an old bike they thought was ready for the dumpster.
