During each 45-minute session, trainers teach ladies how to swing and lift the kettlebells, using them for different exercises to strengthen their bodies. The classes are fast-paced and frequently varied to keep everyone engaged.
Classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:15 a.m., 8:15 a.m., and 9:15 a.m. as well as Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:15 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:15 a.m.
