I purchased a 30.00 voucher good for 55.00 in services. When I called to make a reservation they would not honor the 55.00, they only would deduct 30.00 from the bill. I've tried and tried to get Groupon to help me with this issue but after my first reach out, over a week ago, they keep saying they are still investigating. they too are not being helpful. I just lost $30.00. Will never use groupon again.

The run is normally $55 but groupon sells it at a discount rate of $30 so u still getting the same service.... Its for 1 way...

I dont know what happened in the mix up but it wasnt placed in the calendar, so I didnt schedule a driver for u. My apologies. I will get with my reservation office about this matter.
