What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
For years, I would help friends and neighbors with their PC problems, build websites, and set up networks. One day, I realized that I was burying my talent. In an effort to be the servant who uses the talents he’s been given wisely, 5 Talents was born.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction I get when a problem is fixed, and seeing the reaction from my clients when they see the results. I love seeing my clients save headaches and money when we implement process improvements with their systems.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
One time, I didn’t charge a client for some services rendered. Later that week, I received a check with a letter stating that they appreciated my services and valued my time. It’s one thing to write a comment. It’s another to write a check!
