Studio 51 Fifty

Studio 51 Fifty empowers individuals by providing them with the equipment, instruction, and motivation they need to pursue a healthier way of life. In a supportive and noncompetitive setting, the trainers help visitors work toward their particular fitness goals by leading a broad variety of classes. Kickboxing lessons combine cardio work and strength training into each workout and focus on developing the core muscle groups in particular. Their Pilates sessions draw inspiration from the Stott method, teaching students how to perform precise, controlled movements while using the various apparatuses—including Reformers and Towers—to facilitate each muscle-toning exercise. Studio 51 Fifty even offers kettlebell workouts, which build strength by using swinging and lifting exercises that mimic the movements found in real-world activities, such as shoveling, performing farm work, or hand-delivering shipments of kettlebells.
