What You'll Get
Sweat does more than cool the body—it also hydrates skin, releases toxins, and scares away any would-be predators including bears and staircase banisters. Showcase sweat with today's Groupon to 5280 Sport and Fitness in Centennial. Choose between the following options:
• For $29, you get an all-inclusive, one-month adult membership (a $139 value).
• For $18, you get a one-month kids' fitness and clubhouse membership for children from 7–12 years old (a $49 value).
5280 Sport and Fitness’s calorie-burning emporium lavishes learners with individual attention during body-toning courses such as Tae Bo, Zumba, and FitMMAx. Arm wrestle computerized exercise equipment under the nurturing tutelage of VERT, short for Velocity Enhanced Resistance Training, or karate chop calories in one of 47 weekly Tae Bo classes along with experienced instructor and Billy Blanks disciple, Sonja Stewart. The fitness funhouse proffers nearly 150 group classes per week, giving exercise enthusiasts more options than an heiress at a designer candy-necklace factory. Peruse the schedule to check out course times, instructors, and which classes aren’t geared toward robots.
Conditioning-conscious kids ages 7–12 can take a month's worth of children's fitness courses, such as cardio, Tae Bo, hip-hop dance, and underwater breakdancing. While caretakers do calisthenics, the clubhouse entertains kids from 6 weeks to 11 years old with toys and games, chaperoned by CPR- and first aid–certified staffers.

Sonja loves helping other parents balance their lives between parenting and staying healthy to be able to parent better. The most common response from clients is tearing up when they see their results from making fitness a priority.
