The kick-off takes place on May 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Park Athletic Club, 1019 W. Diversey Parkway; subsequent sessions are held at LPAC as well as the Lakeview Athletic Club at 3212 N. Broadway and West Loop Athletic Club at 1380 W. Randolph.
