Do not book this company. I had a difficult time reaching the company to book my move, which should have been a red flag. Someone from the company finally booked my move after trying to contact them for about a month. I was scheduled for Friday but he called when the crew was scheduled to arrive to let me know it was about to rain really hard and if the crew could arrive in the morning. Now, it was raining throughout the day but at this point, the rain had stopped. I agreed and waited. The next day arrived and I called because I did not have a crew about 10:30 or a call. The crew arrived at almost 12 noon and John was nice. They had a difficult move and he stated, "if I cant get it put, I'm going to leave it here." So he calls the boss and he calls me back to discuss leaving my refrigerator because they had a difficult time getting it out the house. I speak with the owner and I tell him to do what they have to do because I have to move today. He tells me that I have to give the driver $120 CASH for the trip fee before they would unload my items at the storage. By this time, I am livid and I did use a few choice words. I thought that it was sketchy that the trip fee had to be cash. My items were eventually placed in the storage but I have never experienced a move like this one. My advice-avoid this company!

The actual moving guys were great. Unfortunately, the manager tried to charge me for a full additional hour for only 10 mins over the moving time even though his guys had to stop and get gas during the move. He also had to reschedule my time the day before the move from 9am to 8am, then the movers did not show up until 9:10am. I will not be using this moving company again, and I would not recommend it due to the manager/owner.

I was happy with the until I looked at my furniture. There was scratches in my furniture that was not there before the move & when laid on my bed after the move it collapsed.
