It took 10 mins holding on the phone to place an order, if I had not prepaid I would not have waited that long; no one even pick up & asked me to continue holding.

Pizza ordered to be a carry-out and I mentioned the groupon. However pizza was sent out on delivery and when the driver arrived pizza was listed as full price (groupon not applied). After the driver calling back to papa johns and myself we were able to call in the groupon over the phone. I'll still order pizzas but not sure about using groupons due to confusion.
