Choose Between Two Options

  • $59 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $200 value)
  • $99 for 20 boot-camp classes (a $400 value)

Instructors lead interval workouts composed of functional movements, incorporating heavy ropes, dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bars, and kettlebells. Students can take part in full 60-minute sessions at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; and 7 a.m. on Saturday. The 30-minute express sessions take place at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
