As an avid healthcare junkie doing long triathlons, during my off-season training program (late November to late February), I supplant my training with 9Round because of its cardiovascular intensity. With my seasonal training consisting of running 25-35 miles/week, biking 200 miles/week, and swimming 3-4 miles/week, light weight work and spinning classes, the 9Round system is a perfect complement. I started in '07 at 250 pounds going into 46" waisted slacks, and am now a consistent 215-220 with a 36" waist. 9Round's unique short workout done right is a terrific addition to any training program.
