90-Second Fitness

Fitness trainer, motivational speaker, and author Pete Cerqua founded 90-Second Fitness—and wrote the corresponding book, The 90-Second Fitness Solution—in an effort to help simplify exercise regimens. When dealing with clients, Cerqua typically schedules weekly workouts made up of 90-second, strength-oriented exercises. The brevity and variety of these individual exercises allows for the client’s new, lean muscles to recover more efficiently. Tried and true, his methods have garnered acclaim from a variety of media outlets, including Self and O Magazines. Cerqua offers his workouts at clients' homes or at one of 90-Second Fitness’s studios.
