I am only rating average because of the employees who came out. I am disappointed in what I received. I paid for unlimited supply vent cleaning. They cut into my return hooked up a vacuum, and ran it for about 20 minutes. In my opinion it did not do anything. Because there is stuff it should have pulled. I still need to clean the vents. Buyer beware waste of money.

Likely a waste of money. I recommend spending money on anything but this.
When I saw videos of duct cleaning online, I assumed this company would come out with a big thing to put in the vents and knock dirt loose, then vacuum that all up. This is not what happened.
The employees came in with essentially a big vacuum, and connected it to a register near my furnace - they drilled several holes in my ducts without asking permission to do this. They then ran the vacuum for 20min while they waited in the car. I don't think the "cleaning" even did anything at all.
Not only was the service useless, but the company was unprofessional and unreliable. My appointment was at 3pm. They called me 6 times in a row at 10am while I was in a work meeting. When I finally stepped out of my meeting to answer their call, they asked "do you want us to come right now?". I wasn't home since I was planning for them to come at the scheduled appointment time. They confirmed that they could still be there at 3pm as scheduled. But they ended up being 2 hours late - they called me at 4:30 to let me know they were 30min away.
Overall, it is a useless service put on by a not great company.
Save your money. Don't buy this.
