Q:

Do you have a truck that you use your own water? Our water has to go thru softner b/c it comes out of the well completely orange so we can't do it ourselves...Just wondering if you had your own water to use? Thank you.

Nichole O.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

Nichole, I only carry a tank of 110 gallons, in which that is not enough water to wash a house properly, I do have filters that help take out the minerals in the water, but if its that bad maybe you can talk to you neighbor or something, I carry up to 300ft of water hose!

Q:

I see that you use biodegradable materials but can you reassure me that it will not harm our plants? I assume the soap is strong enough to clean the house but will not be harmful to surrounding shrubs, etc.? Also I saw that you said the windows get somewhat clean by your washing but do you know if the products streak the windows or are they left pretty much okay? Thanks.

Vicki  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

vicki, We do a few things to help protect the home when flowers and shrubs are present one we actually apply water to the shrubs and flowers to make sure that they if they get any chemicals it rinsed down and also we cover them up with a plastic tarp, The chemicals we use do not streak the windows and they are generally left clean! I do carry window washing equipment if there is any issues with a window that is hard to clean!

Q:

We just moved into a 20 year old tri-level with aluminum siding and it greatly needs power washing. If I buy the Groupon and upon looking at it, you decide that the paint would be damaged, am I refunded the money?

Denise L.  asked on  Mar 27, 2013

A:

Denise, Thanks for interest in this groupon deal but a tri-level home does not qualify for this deal. A story home is under 24 ft , which take us normally 2-3 hours to clean. Where a tri- level home takes 5-7 hours to clean in my experience because a lot of work is on the roof, and with the larger wands. There is nothing easy about these homes. And as far as your home being aluminum We would have to come out and take a look at it to see if the paint will hold up, based on my experience 20 yrs of paint on aluminum is a long time and most likely need to be repainted, a service we do also provide, in which you would still need to power wash it anyway as a prep for paint. Or we could do a test spot and see if it would hold up well to make it look better. But the fact remains that you will most likely have to think about re-painting it or replacing with vynil siding. If you have any more questions feel free to email us or call us! thanks sean t Than

Q:

Does this also include window cleaning? With regard to decks, is this to clean or to remove old stain for re-staining? Thanks

Mike G.  asked on  Mar 25, 2013

A:

Mike, I don't do window cleaning, just power washing, But when I power washing the windows are clean but not as good as a window cleaning itself. As far as decks, there not considered a groupon deal, how ever i am running a 50% off cleaning only of a deck thats never been treated, I also give free estimates on cleaning, staining and or stripping decks. Decks are something I must take a look at!

Q:

I haven't figured the math out but in general, a typical ranch style home is XX (how large) in terms of square footage? In other words, what does this cover for your typical home? I have a ranch style home with a walk-out and am not sure if this is close in size to what you will cover.

Daniel A T.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

Daniel, Well all homes are not the same, so the square feet may differ. However, If I had to guess it, I dont think many ranch style home go over 3,000 square feet. 5,000 sq feet home can be quite large, they are the more modern size suburbia homes. But there are ranch style homes that have 3 levels in the back of the home that can go over the 5,000. So I think your safe in this deal with your ranch home with a walk out( double level home). Thanks for you question! Sean
