How long will be each class?

A MAGI Belly Dance classes are 1 hour in length and great for a total fitness workout! Wear comfortable clothing such as sweats, yoga pants, tights, sports top, t-shirt and barefeet are recommended (we have hardwood floors). Classes begin with warm up stretches, progress with isometric isolations & abdominal core work, slow hip movements, then faster, exhilerating Egyptian style hip movements, combinations & traveling steps culminating in a cardio workout! Our classes are great for toning muscles, cardio health, improved circulation & flexibility. Explore your Goddess self!
