A Mindfulness Life Center
A Mindfulness Life Center strives to enhance the lives of every individual who enters the studio in a positive and gentle way through the mindful practice of yoga. Classes cover many types of yoga, including Hatha Flow, Gentle Restoration, Yoga Nidra, Mysore, and Qigong. Several classes incorporate meditative practices that help participants develop mindfulness techniques to strengthen the connection between mind and body. Other classes and services include book study groups, meditation, coaching, nutrition, and healing services.
