Our focus is on making it easier for moms to get an amazing workout. We provide childcare with almost all of our classes with a staff focused on your kiddos in a beautiful play space that allows you to focus on yourself so you can get strong, fit and relieve stress.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Camaraderie. Our class members are like family. We offer a wide array of classes that push you no matter what fitness level you are in. Our trainers have modifications that allow a wide array of fitness levels in one class. Our #strongmamas know this isn't your moms mom gym!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A Mom's Village strives to be a home away from home for mothers and their children. It is a healthy community in both mind and body. The Village is a place to find support and a place to build lifelong friendships. Our goal is to make mom’s lives EASIER in every way that we can.
