Baltimore Magazine describes chef and owner Hari Cameron’s cooking philosophy as a harmony of “modernist techniques with Mid-Atlantic sourcing.” The James Beard Foundation semifinalist buys from local farmers, ranchers, foragers, and fishermen to create entrees such as the grass-fed beef tenderloin with smoked anchovy caper sauce. Hari creates a new tasting menu each day, and includes such delicacies as cucumber sorbet, caramelized onion fluid gel, and Berkshire pork ravioli with quail eggs. Cameron brings his culinary creativities to clients’ homes when he serves as a personal chef for dinner parties, and offers cooking classes for small groups of people or highly trained poodles.
If you are looking for a "unique" dining experience, this is the place to go!

Great, fresh food. Excellent wait staff. Only thing I didn't care for was the ricotta cheesecake for dessert - was a little bitter. Cheese selection and dinner was great however. My husband's sirloin was terrific! Definitely worth another visit!

Small plates and pricey, but usually really really good with interesting flavor combinations.
