If you're like me you looked at the text which has Suite 22 and the address which says suite 210 and thought "trust the process"; fluck the process. After my service- my review will start under this long-winded but detailed directional guide. If you see the barber swirl you're in the right place. Enter the Blown Away door. Their logo'ed door won't open from the outside. Go to the end of the hall. When you see the bathrooms, go left, then left up the next hall at the vending machine. It's on the right; 3rd and 4th doors. OR have someone take you to the cut through with the hairdryers. internal 'suite no 22'. Also the nice people wandering around will help. Knock on the door, I busted in like the FBI on someone's service (sorry). THEN you have arrived. Don't let Massage Envy send you all around the building like they did me. 😞 It's 90+ degrees and now I'm sweating, hot, and evil. Massage Envy is lucky this isn't a rating about them. My initial result is better than I anticipated, and my research says the peak results can be seen in 3 months. I already scheduled my next 3, and have every intention of maintaining this. I felt like I knew Kacey forever, and we were having a girl's day. I was so relaxed I hated to get up. I'm so excited about the result, my next appointment, and how this turns out in time. The atmosphere was authentic, no one pushing water or telling me how I'm the fk'up because I don't have sunscreen on. No darkness with incense while weird chimes play overhead forcing a false sense of peace - this place is authentic, real, with real results and real people. Pricing is significantly less than literally anywhere I've consulted between Chattanooga to Nashville. I know it literally appears that the after photos are filtered, and you don't know me. I don't bs and I can't afford to waste my money or YOURS, NO filter at all. I even checked to be sure my lens was clean - I sat in the same spot, same light, tried to take the same pictures. I took way more after pics, and they all look the same - filtered which means - it worked pretty well - since my unfiltered pic looks filtered.

Better than expected by far. I was skeptical until I met Kacey and Rita but they delivered what they promised. The environment was friendly, open and loving with no pressure or fake promises. The results exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit
