• Groupon vouchers are marked as redeemed when creating your reservation and are subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Guest cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled tour will not be refunded.

• Tours require a minimum of two guests to operate; bookings from separate parties are accepted. *If travelling solo, please contact us to arrange a suitable booking. Tours are mixed parties; we aim to keep our tours to 12 or fewer guests per outing.

• Tours operate rain or shine, but severe weather may result in a weather hold. A full refund will be provided if it's deemed unsafe to proceed AFTER a 30-minute weather hold, refunds or rainchecks will be given
