A Touch Of Lash offers high-end lash services to clients looking to lengthen and define their natural lashes. We stand out from competitors as we are one of the oldest lash companies and only carry the very best products on the market. Our master lash artists are meticulously trained and highly skilled individuals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A Touch Of Lash was started in 2009 when the owner noticed a need for safety and product education as well as lash artists that were properly trained in this extremely intricate art.
What do you love most about your job?
Our lash artists often mention that their clients immediate reactions are what drives them to deliver amazing results day after day. Eyelash extensions offer the client instant gratification and last for weeks at a time. Being able to change the way a person sees themselves in the mirror every morning is a pretty awesome reason to push yourself to always to do your best.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction that ATOL has experienced was with a client 5 years who was very sick for a very long time. Her natural eyelashes were in horrible condition and we weren't even sure what we could do for her. We started her off a basic set and a lash rehab program that spanned over 12 weeks time. Wow - the client's reaction when we took the set off to let her witness the transformation was indescribable. She was in tears and was so grateful that her lashes had grown back and returned to their natural condition. The extensions with the rehab program helped to keep her natural lashes safe from mascara, rubbing, tugging, and lash curlers which improved their strength dramatically. The set that we put on her later that day was so beautiful and she was so pleased with the end results. She is still a regular client today and I'm happy to report that she also in great health!
