The Low-Fly Trapeze and Aerial Fabric workshop introduces students to the basics of leaving the ground, and Fly 1 continues to develop technique. FlyFit classes put an aerial spin on circuit training to provide a full-body workout. Combining the asanas of yoga with the core-strengthening moves of aerial fabric work, aerial yoga promotes healthy circulation and overall wellness. Classes are limited to 16 students. About A-WOL: Dance Collective
Whether they're dangling from a tree, a club's ceiling, or pull-up bars inside the studio, A-WOL's cohort of dancers dazzles with a unique combination of dance and aerial fitness. Classes range from aerial yoga to trapeze, helping participants fly through the air like projectile cream pies. Instructors ensure that each participant soars safely by building a strong foundation before testing out skills and tricks.
