What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We provide personal assistant, errand and concierge services. We can do the things you don’t have time to do or don’t want to do. No request is too big, too small, or too unusual. Unlike other organizations, we provide a “one stop shop” service. As Agatha Christie once said, “Never do anything yourself that others can do for you.”

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

In 2003 after some research, we realized people were being asked to spend more time working and less time with their families. The job market was tight, people were afraid they would lose their jobs if they took time off to wait for the cable company, handyman or made too many personal calls to set up appointments. We realized there was a market for a company who could do these tasks so the client could focus on their job and still have some personal time.

What do you love most about your job?

We love our customers and the variety, no two days are ever the same. Our customers are creative in their requests and that makes us think out of the box for the right solution. We have fun and get the job done.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?

We hear words like, “You saved my sanity”. “You are truly world class”. “You saved me from sleeping on the sofa”. “You are life savers”. “You put me at ease and started working your magic”. “My late wife appreciated you getting her organized before her passing, she could not have done it without you.”
