I purchased the seat and carpet shampoo and couldn’t be more happy with the results. I have two dogs that she’d like crazy and leave the back seats a little muddy after a long day at the park. This merchant redeemed my Groupon without ever being in contact with me. Groupon forced me to reach out to rectify. So I attempted to schedule a service, twice, they never confirmed a time. The fact that I have to chase this business to fulfill their obligation and they’re poor communicators, I would absolutely not recommend.
