I made an appointment, 3 weeks in advance. The morning of my appointment, they called to reschedule because "no one was available". I agreed to come that afternoon, but that was after I put in my time off at work for the morning, and now had to take off work early. I was aware of the lack of invoice from prior reviews, so I asked, and the rep. explained that it's because the oil change goes through Groupon, not the company. He was, however, nice enough to give me a written note, with a time and date, and explanation of what was done. Other than that, it was fine.
