For Aaron Lipsey, it was a little more serious: during his childhood, he was locked in battle with cancer. Living a nutritionally sound life with as much exercise as he could muster was vital, so it was no surprise that he soaked up as much information on healthy lifestyles as he could. Eventually, he set himself another challenge: to share the fitness and nutrition techniques he learned with others through Torch Fitness.

Aaron fuses the many disciplines he’s learned into what he calls The Iron Inferno.
