Cellular Rehab has been in service for 6 years and counting, offering repairs on all iPhone, Android, and Windows smartphones as well as tablet PCs and other handheld devices such as iPods. Offering 3 months of warranty with every repair done is our way of saying we’re good at what we do. To prevent another unwanted visit, we offer a wide range of otterbox cases as well as other accessories including smart watches to give you the very best of your digital world.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
An obsession with fixing things that are broken and the love for technology is what inspired this business. The urge to help people fix the all too common problem of broken smartphones is what finalized the decision to start Cellular Rehab.
What do you love most about your job?
The final product of a repaired device and the feeling it provides, as well as the genuine happiness from satisfied customers. Watching a customer walk out the door smiling, because they not only have a working phone again, but they saved themselves money in the process, is what I love most about this job.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I’ve ever received from a customer would have to be a hug for making their day. That not only made my day, but it motivated me to continue doing what I do.
