I scheduled the appointment and they were on time. They checked the water heater and had me look at the problems they identified. Although they did not do the service I requested, they let me know that the water heater needed to be replaced. They offered me one from their shop, a bit pricey, but the information was priceless. I got it replaced, but would not have known, had they not been there.
