What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
In addition to the more traditional training, I teach dynamic joint mobility drills that result in increased mobility, strength & performance gains, and a reduction in pain. These drills, which improve your proprioceptive system, are the equivalent of downloading new software to your nervous system.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I "walk my talk" and always do what I advocate. Clients appreciate that I've taken the steps I'm asking them to take. And, they see that it works! I make routines accessible and send clients text reminders to help them stay on track.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Helping others is my primary motivation. Personally, I love feeling great and sharing that possibility with others. Ultimately, being in shape enables one to fully participate in life and that is an exciting prospect.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people from all walks of life, helping them realize their fitness goals. I am a born coach and love teaching and inspiring others.
