The bartending certification course takes place over a one-, two-, or three-week period. Students learn traditional drink recipes, starting with martinis, rob roys, and manhattans, followed by shooter recipes, as well as highballs and cream-based drinks. Flair training instills the skills of showmanship and mixology the art of drink making, whereas TIPS alcohol awareness teaches student to serve attentively and with care.<p>
