What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer all group exercise classes. No boring machines. We show modifications in all classes so you can try them all and find what works for you. Our instructors get to know you and help you meet your own personal goals.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We work with you. We guide you by correcting your form and explaining which muscles we are targeting. We play great music and even take requests. If there's a song you love and helps you move, let us know.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Wanting to help average people get healthy. You may not have ever danced or worked out in your life, but you can do this.
What do you love most about your job? Hearing how much people love our classes and the studio. Knowing that they are relieving stress, taking time for themselves and doing something good for their lives.
