Q:

How much is the upgrade for additonal class times? And is it correct that the Friday classes are full, so technically the only time currently available is Saturdays? And just FYI it is difficult to get a return call. I have left multiple messages without someone returing my call.

Hi. I apologize for the inconvenience but you have to understand you are not the only person giving us a call. If you have left a message then please be patient and someone will give you a call back. We have an email address that you can email us at mmaarlington@gmail.com. You may receive a quicker response. As for the classes in Arlington we have Friday at 6pm and Saturday at 12:30pm available at the moment. As for an upgrade its $25 per extra day/per month. This means: If you decided to go with a Mon and Wed then its an extra $50 per month. The Groupon is highly discounted from our regular pricing of $125 per month X 12 = $1500. We offered it at $69 for the year, so this is the reason we have upgrade options available if the times we have available do not work with your schedule. As for Dallas at the moment we only have Sunday at 2pm available. No upgrades at this time are available for this location. Now you have until the Groupon expires to activate your membership. At the moment this is all we have available for both of the school. Now there are no other schools you can use this Groupon at only the locations listed on the Groupon and not on the site. Please understand everyone is receiving an amazing deal and that you have until the expiration date to use it. We have been bombarded with calls and emails. We cannot get back to everyone so quickly when our Groupon is still active. We will not be answering anymore questions regarding the times/availability/location questions. We have answered these questions numerous times. Upgrading is an option along with the 10 boxing session if you prefer to switch from classes to personal training please send us an email. No walk -in's, must make an appointment. If you are interested in the times listed above send us an email at mmaarlington@gmail.com with your name and the day? If you are wanting an upgrade please list that as well. Thanks

Q:

I have read most of the other post but am still very confused. So, although the title say its for women the classes may be mixed with women and men, am I correct? Also, in one list post class days and times were listed as 6:45 and 7:30 mon-thurs but then I read something about fri/sat. When are the classes at the Arlington location and where is it located? Thanks.

raven b.  asked on  Apr 2, 2012

A:

The classes are coed it is for Men and Women - No children. Arlington classes were Mon thru Thursday at 630pm and 730pm. The space is now filled for those class times. We can put you on a waitlist for those days. What we have available is Friday at 6pm and Saturday at 1230pm at the moment. I hope this helps answer your question. The address is listed on your groupon, please view. If you are interested please call and make an appointment. No walk-ins. Thanks

Hello. We apologize for the confusion. Due to the high volume of concerns of the location. We have made it easier for everyone. The classes are back at the Main St location. The address is 2816 Main St. Dallas, Texas 75226. In order to set up an appointment please call 682-583-1688 (Tina). If you have any additional questions! No Walk-in's. The 4417 Gennaro is one of our private studios that we offer classes and personal training at. Many homes and apartments in the Dallas Area are turned into businesses. Again we apologize for the confusion. Please call the number above in order to get an appointment set up. Thanks!
