To do so, instructors lead students through TRX suspension-training classes that use body weight as resistance. Far removed from gym equipment that only works muscles one-dimensionally, TRX training forces you to stabilize primary and secondary muscles and balance in certain positions. This added effort engages tangential muscle groups that are often overlooked when hefting loads in one direction. As a result, bodies become fitter, leaner, and better able to apply strength to situations beyond weight machines. Fitness denizens can also opt for other fitness classes, including interval circuit training and indoor cycling.
