While being well aware of the difference between a grilled sandwich and a melt, Pascal and Tracey Pedaggi have decided to ignore societal norms and combine these two approaches at their restaurant, Absolutely CheeZee. Apart from melted-cheese goodness, the restaurant's sandwiches include roast beef, barbecue pork, fried chicken tenders, sirloin, with such add-ons as caramelized onions, fried eggs, sauerkraut, and pickles. Trapped inside a crunchy bread (there's also an option of gluten-free bread), these ingredients become a part of classic American comfort food that's served with fries, chips, slaw, or even mac and cheese.
