As a consumer myself i wanted to go out and give the best service possible to those that needed it within the Heating and Air business.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to educate customers and help them have a better understanding of AC. After all they are home owners making a huge investment for their families.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Customer was thankful that we took the time to explain everything detailed to her and that we didn’t treat her like just another number. She was very thankful for all the knowledge that was shared with her about her new investment.
