MBC (Military Boot Camp)
Whether you’re in the military, thinking about joining, or just want to experience a military-style training camp, this class is for you. Classes are guided by the recipient of the highest PT score in 2012 at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.
CBC (Circuit Boot Camp)
The most popular Boot Camp, the CBC, is filled with new, fun, unorthodox, and highly functional type of exercises. This class is sure to not only burn calories and hit some cardio, but also help get results fast. If you enjoy training like an athlete, making time fly by, getting a quick and efficient workout in, and learning new exercises each day, then you will love this Boot Camp.
CKC (Cardio Kickboxing Class)
Release pent up frustration and stress while burning a high amount of calories with this class. In this class you learn new skills and self defense tactics, carve out those arms and midsections, but also gain confidence and have a ton of fun.
THT (Tony Horton Time)
This class will put you through the P90X, P90X2, & P90X3 training regimens designed by Beachbody’s P90X trainer, Tony Horton. Whether you’re looking to gain definition/lean muscle, or bulk, this program can be tailored to you!
