$98 for a biplane tour over Acadia National Park for one ($199 Value)
Passengers take in Acadia National Park's lakes, inlets, and leafy expanses from the open cockpit of a biplane during 20- to 25-minute aerial tours. The tour starts off on the north end of Frenchman's Bay and continues eastward, catching glimpses of lighthouses, coastal towns, and cliffs as the flight ends with a panoramic view of the island. Tour-goers may also have the opportunity to spot whales.
Acadia Air Tours
Acadia Air Tours grants passengers a birds-eye view of the coastal scenery of Acadia National Park and its surrounding environs—all while maintaining a respectful distance a half-mile outside the park boundaries to preserve the peace and quiet for park-goers down below. The company was awarded the TripAdviser 2016 Certificate of Excellence. Each year, Acadia Air Tours donates flights to be auctioned off at various charity events.
