What You'll Get
Before modern photography, portrait-seeking subjects would cover themselves in year-end financial figures to meet the requirements for being xeroxed. Capture more accurate self-copies with today’s Groupon: for $70, you get a family portrait package at Accent Photography and Framing in Plymouth (a $395 value). The package includes the following:
- Two-hour family studio session
- One 8”x10” portrait
- One digital photo
- 25% off additional prints
Equipped with 25 years of experience and an assortment of professional lighting tools, Accent Photography and Framing’s master shutterbug Gregory Gittsovich captures families in all their splendor during two-hour portrait sessions. Ripe with handy tips to prepare for the in-studio shoot, Gregory consults with familial supermodels to coordinate outfits and rehearse smoldering over-the-shoulder glances. On the day of the shoot, families pile into the professionally lit studio to pose for up to two hours as Gregory captures relaxed smiles and Grandma’s signature sneer. Approximately two weeks after the shutter has clicked its last, guests return to the studio for a session review, gazing as their faces parade across a big screen set to a cinematic soundtrack or live ragtime piano player.
Portrait sitters select their favorite pose, experimenting with black-and-white or sepia tones before the image is professionally retouched and transferred onto archival paper. The accompanying digital image is supplied on CD with a full copyright release. Guests who can’t settle on one image can opt for more prints, applying 25% off an additional 8”x10” ($120), 16 wallet prints ($89), or a 60” mural ($1,675) to finally immortalize height differences upon the living-room wall.

About Accent Photography
With more than 25 years of experience in Europe and the United States, former fashion photographer Gregory Gittsovich has spent the last quarter century making his subjects look their best. Things are no different at Accent Photography, where he photographs seniors with their favorite instruments or athletic gear, babies with fun props such as balloons, or pet dogs with the only mailmen they've ever liked. During both in-studio and on-location sessions, Gregory never forces his patrons into uncomfortable positions; rather, he lets them strike their preferred poses and only makes suggestions if necessary. Afterward, he retouches each client's favorite images to ensure that prints or digital images feature smooth complexions and rich color.
Along with his smaller-scale shoots, Gregory and the Accent Photography team cover bar and bat mitzvahs, where they snap unlimited photographs at unlimited locations for families to choose from. He offers similarly extensive coverage at weddings, which he captures with a custom blend of traditional portraiture, photojournalistic technique, and candid images.
