Easy and painless!! Mohammed came by on time, talked to me exactly what he intends to do to the door (inspection, spring re-tightening, lubrication, and final inspection) and discussed possible unit replacement options (as it is an older unit. ) Technician is pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
