This is a standard cleaning service, which typically includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers), wiping down kitchen surfaces (countertops, stove exterior, and sinks), and taking out the trash.

This service excludes move-in/move-out cleaning, furniture moving, and interior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven, or freezer.

Additional services are available at an extra cost, including cleaning inside cabinets, refrigerator, oven, and interior windows.

All cleaning supplies are included.

To ensure a high standard of cleaning quality, the home must be organized and free of excessive clutter prior to the scheduled appointment. This service does not include organizing.

The client is responsible for providing free parking. If only paid parking is available, any parking fees will be charged to the client.

If the contracted cleaning work is completed before the scheduled time, the cleaners will not be required to stay until the end of the contracted hours, as the service has been fulfilled.

Deep cleaning upgrades start at $150, depending on the condition of the home.
