In the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program, participants can attend any group fitness or small group training classes that take place four-to-five days per week during the program including Lower Body Blast, Upper Body Blast, Kettle Bell AMPD, TRX, Total Body Conditioning, Bosu and Kettlebells, SWEATBOX boxinb, and Achieve FIT Camp. In addition to the fitness classes, participants also receive a 21-day meal plan, “before-and-after” weigh-ins and pictures to track progress, and access to the private Achieve Fitness Studio Facebook page for additional recipes and workouts.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Along with taking classes, the client will receive a 21 day meal plan to follow. The client will be weighed in at the start date and the last day of the program. Before and after pictures will be taken as well. They will also belong to Achieve Fitness Studio private Facebook page to get workouts and recipes!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We love helping our clients "achieve" their health and fitness goals. We work with client of all ages.
What do you love most about your job? Going through the journey with each of our clients. Seeing the challenges they go through and the results at the end. Knowing what they went through to get them were they are when they reach their goals...It's very rewarding!
