Achieve Personal Fitness combines group training with nutritional counseling for each of its calorie-attacking challenges, which are designed to help participants set and work toward specific fitness goals. The challenges begin with a kick-off meeting on October 27, after which students receive a fitness assessment and embark on a 30- or 60-day program built around an eclectic arsenal of workout techniques. The curriculum includes strength training, rope conditioning, and high-intensity cardio that targets the hips, waist, and other tricky areas of the body. Throughout the camp's three- and four-week programs, certified trainers guide participants of all fitness levels through fun but challenging workout routines that change each day to keep muscles surprised.
